Getting to Athletic Events


  • Varsity Football
Parking for games at Dowed Field is at the school.  Fans can cross the pedestrian bridge and walk down to the field or ride the shuttle bus.
  • Junior-Varsity and Freshman Football, Boys and Girls Soccer, Lacrosse
Parking is at the stadium until the lot is full.  Overflow parking is at the school.  No shuttle bus is available
  • Varsity, Junior-Varsity and Freshman Baseball
Park at the school on the expressway side or on the west lot.  Cross over the pedestrian bridge to the baseball fields
  • Cross Country
Home events are at Goodyear MetroPark.  Take I-76 East to Gilchrist Road.  Turn left on Gilchrist to Route 91.  Turn right on Route 91.  Turn left on Newton (the street before Leonardo’s Pizza.)  The park is on the right.
  • Softball
Take I-76 East to the Arlington Street exit.  Turn right at the stop sign to Fifth Avenue.  Continue on Fifth Avenue to the light at Arlington.  Turn right onto Arlington.  The first street past Children Services on your left is Clark Street.  Turn left onto Clark.  The softball field is on the right just past Childrens Services.
  • Tennis
Home matches are at Hyre Park.  Take 76 East to E. Market Street exit.  Turn right onto E. Market.  Continue to Hilbish. Make a right onto Hilbish.  Go through the traffic light. Turn left at the second street (Wedgewood).  Follow Wedgewood for approximately ¼ mile.  Hyre Park tennis courts are on the left.
  • Boys and Girls Basketball, Boys and Girls Volleyball and Wrestling
All events are at the school in either Barry Gymnasium or Alumni Gymnasium, located at the left of the building as you enter the parking lot.
