Hoban science teacher earns Ph.D.

Diane Vrobel recently completed her Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction at the University of South Carolina. Vrobel has been a science teacher at Hoban since 2011. This year, she teaches physical science and honors and AP chemistry. On Dec. 10, Vrobel participated in the University's commencement exercises.

"Being a lifelong learner is a huge component of being a Holy Cross educator, and Diane exudes that spirit of exploration and growth that is so important to the Hoban mission," Principal T.K. Griffith ’89 said. "On behalf of the Hoban family, we thank her for modeling this excellence."
