The Beacon Journal/Ohio.com placed senior Ja’Sean Cogburn in the High School Spotlight Nov. 14. Cogburn returned a fumble five yards for a touchdown in Hoban’s 69-6 Division II regional quarterfinal win over Alliance (7-4) on Dowed Field Nov. 8. The touchdown was Cogburn’s fourth of the season. He also made an interception, had four tackles and batted away two passes in the game to help Hoban (10-1) advance to the Region 5 semifinal vs. Mayfield (11-0) at Nordonia Nov. 15.
