New student center will be constructed

Hoban has secured the necessary funding to move forward with the second phase of the Every Knight, Every Day capital campaign to construct a new student center.

The two-story, 14,583-square-foot facility will house Hoban's new cafeteria and large group meeting and testing space. Additionally, the student center will centralize all before and after-school activities, creating a more secure environment for students to study and enjoy time with peers.

Although timelines are still being developed, Hoban's administration is cautiously optimistic about breaking ground in August 2024. With growing enrollment numbers, this project is critical to the future of our school. Additional information will be shared as the project timelines become available.

Following the construction of the student center, Hoban will renovate Foley Commons into new classroom spaces, a new academic success center and school counseling offices. And we will, once and for all, finally bring air conditioning to the halls and classrooms of Archbishop Hoban High School.
