Art students visit two Cleveland museums
Art students visited the Cleveland Museum of Art and Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland (MoCa) on April 4 as a means of viewing artwork firsthand. At the CMA students in AP Studio Art, Fine Arts Mentorship, Honors Studio Art and Painting classes were exposed to a wide variety of art, from prehistorical eras to modern day. Additionally, Painting students viewed original works dating from the late 19th to early 20th centuries that they used for painting projects. At moCa, students were invited to explore contemporary works of art in the current exhibits. The group was accompanied by Ms. Fortman, Mrs. Siplivy and Mrs. Dyrlund.
