Beacon Journal shines its spotlight on Dawson
Junior Victor Dawson appeared in the High School Spotlight column of the Akron Beacon Journal/Ohio.com. on Nov. 7. According to the paper, Dawson rushed for a career-high 225 yards on 10 carries with three touchdowns in a 38-13 win over host Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin. He also helped Hoban beat Lake Catholic 49-6, Padua Franciscan 44-6 and Walsh Jesuit 42-21 the three weeks prior to the NDCL game with a combined total of 455 yards on 53 carries and nine touchdowns.
