Cleveland International Model UN Conference
Seven members of the Hoban Model UN team competed in the Cleveland International Model UN Conference on February 16-18. The event was sponsored by St. Edward's High School and Cleveland Council on World Affairs.
Sophomore Annie Fuhrer won best position paper on the Disarmament and International Security Committee. Four Hoban students were selected by the organizers to assist in leading the conference. Senior Sawyer Huckabee served as the Secretary General. Sophomore Megan Crowe and juniors Frank Bradshaw and Olivia Fess were committee chairs. The group has been engaged in planning with conference organizers since the spring of 2021.
