Hoban coach honored with Senior Athlete award
Connie Gardner, Hoban’s head cross country coach, received the Phil Dietrich Senior Athlete Award at the induction ceremony for the Summit County Sports Hall of Fame Oct. 1 at the Tangier Restaurant. The Hall also inducted eight new members. Gardner is an 11-time USA Track and Field National Champion.
