Hoban students received academic honors from College Board National Recognition Programs
Archbishop Hoban High School students junior Campbell Miller and senior Christian Parker have earned academic honors from the College Board National Recognition Programs. These National Recognition Programs grant underrepresented students with academic honors that can be included on college and scholarship applications and connect students with universities across the country, helping them meaningfully connect to colleges and stand out during the admissions process.
“We’re thrilled that Campbell and Christian have earned this distinguished recognition,” Principal T.K. Griffith said. “We are very proud of the way they represent the Hoban family in all they do in the classroom and on the athletic fields. This acknowledgment is a testament to their hard work and the support they receive from their parents, families and teachers.”
Campbell and Parker are among 62,000 students from across the country to be awarded with academic honors from the College Board National Recognition Programs. More than 180,000 students were eligible to apply for the recognition. To be eligible, students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and have excelled on the PSAT/NMSQT or PSAT 10, or earned a score of 3 or higher on two or more AP exams.
