Reikowski to skate at highest level in U.S. Association
Catherine Reikowski of the Class of 2019 has attained the highest level in the U.S. Figure Skating Association. This fall she will compete at the senior level in the Eastern Great Lakes Region. Her four-minute program, skated to “Bohemian Rhapsody,” will feature a double axel, a triple salchow and a triple loop. Reikowski is a member of the Strongsville Skating Club. Her coach is Glyn Watts, a former British Olympic competitor, and her choreographer is Jaqueline Henry. She has shared her love of figure skating by teaching Learn-to-Skate and Special Olympics at Kent State.
