No. Coaches cannot introduce, recommend or guide student-athletes toward any businesses, agents, photographers or brands for NIL purposes.

Yes—but only by reinforcing the rules and directing families to Hoban’s NIL hub. You may not provide advice on contract terms, deal quality or business relationships.

No. Students may not use any Hoban uniforms, logos, jerseys, mascots, fields, courts, gyms or Hoban-affiliated imagery in NIL content.

No. NIL activities and content creation cannot happen during practices, games, meetings, travel, workouts, team meals or any official team activity.

No. NIL activities cannot interfere with academic or athletic obligations.

A NIL recruiting inducement is an offer of compensation or a deal related to a student-athlete's NIL that is used to convince them to enroll at a specific school, which is against the rules. This could include cash payments, gifts or other benefits offered during the recruiting process to sway a recruit, and it is distinct from NIL opportunities a student-athlete can pursue after they have already committed to a school. 

If you suspect inducement, report it immediately to the Athletic Office. Inducement can include any business, community member, family member or outside individual offering compensation linked to enrollment, transfer or playing time.
