Hoban freshman Rylee Jackson broke two school records this past weekend at the Canton City Schools Christmas Invitational.
Her time of 24.89 seconds in the 50 yard freestyle earned her a 4th place finish at the meet out of 55 competitors. This broke the previous record time of 25.13 seconds, which was set by Abby Blinka in 2014.
In addition, Jackson's time of 1:58.02 in the 200 yard freestyle was good for 7th at the meet out of 20 competitors. This broke the previous record time of 2:00.32, which was set by Megan Kudlac in 2012.
