The Knights welcomed back senior leader Isaiah Young and continued their winning ways, knocking off Gilmour Academy by a score of 55-42. In a game where every possession seemed to matter, the Hoban team capitalized on most of their possessions by only turning the ball over four times, a season low. On the defensive side, the Knights forced Gilmour into 14 turnovers.

Hoban had balanced scoring with seven players getting into the scoring column, led by freshman Jonas Nichols with 14 points. Seniors Isaiah Young and Colin Jaroch each had 11 points, junior Andrew Hardman chipped in 8 points, and senior Thomas Crowe added 6 points. Hoban will get back to work next week before traveling to Lake Catholic next Friday (Jan.15). JV tips at 5:30 p.m., followed by varsity at 7 p.m.
