| The girls lacrosse program will be led by co-head coaches Emma Beck and Gaige Barrett. Beck was a lacrosse player at Copley High School and currently plays club lacrosse at Kent State University. Barrett teaches mathematics at Hoban and is the Ski Club advisor as well. “I have played lacrosse for years, starting at Copley where I first learned to love the game,” Beck said. “I have helped lead several youth camps, and I hold a leadership position on my club lacrosse team. This will be my first official coaching job, but with the support of our coaching staff and the wonderful Hoban community I feel so excited and very prepared for the season ahead of us.” “I am excited because I am passionate about lacrosse and I love being able to provide a fun and positive space outside of academia for the girls to enjoy the sport and get to know one another,” Barrett added. |
