Calendar

In order to receive notifications about specific events, follow these instructions to register as a community member: 

• Visit https://hoban.gofmx.com/register
• Complete the registration form
• After filling out the form, you will be sent an email with a confirmation link. Simply click the link to confirm your account and log in.

To "follow" events and receive notifications, you must be a registered user, using the directions above.

• Go to the Hoban calendar and log in
• Click on an event you wish to receive alerts for if the schedule changes
• Click on "More" (three dots)
• Select "Follow"

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that there is a delay. Google Calendar refreshes imported calendars every few hours. Checking FMX for changes/cancellations is the best way to make sure your information is accurate. 

• In FMX, open the Calendar page. 
• Filter the calendar to select the “event types” you would like to export.
• Click the Settings button in the top‑right corner.
• Select “Export iCalendar data.”
• Choose the Google Calendar option.
• Copy the link FMX provides.
• In Google Calendar, go to “Other calendars” on the left.
• Click the plus sign and choose “From URL.”
• Paste the FMX link and add it.
• Rename the calendar by clicking the three dots, clicking settings and editing the name in the first field.
