Jerry and Tamara Gonsiewski

JERRY ’71 AND TAMARA GONSIEWSKI

I have always kept in touch with Hoban but really reconnected after my 40th class reunion. I became involved with the phonathon and was on the planning committee for our 45th class reunion. My wife and I have been attending more events and activities at Hoban and have enjoyed the time with our friends, both old and new. We especially love “Come Home to Hoban” weekends, football games and enjoyed a great performance of Godspell.

On a visit to the school, I had the fortunate opportunity to meet a student. It was apparent that the same core values that I received as a Hoban student were still being instilled in our youth.

My wife and I wanted to be able to help the Hoban students with their education and tuition now and in the future through a planned gift. A Catholic education, and especially one from Hoban, is very important to us. We believe that the values and work ethic that Hoban instills in its students offers them a bright future.

We appreciate what we have in Hoban and all that it offers to our students and alumni community. We hope our gift will inspire others to understand that your connection doesn’t end with graduation. We are all “Forever a Knight.”
