The decorating committee is a great way to be involved. It is a hardworking group, but a lot of fun and a way to get to know new friends!

Decorating: Week of Extravaganza

The week of Extravaganza is an extremely busy time. All the work of the decorating committee must be set up. Lunch and dinner is provided to all volunteers. Volunteers are not expected to work the entire time.

Volunteer at Extravaganza

Registration

The night of Extravaganza, volunteers are needed to register guests. Volunteer training is offered.

Heads or Tails Game Sales

The Heads or Tails game is a fan favorite. Volunteers are needed to sign people up to play during the live auction. All payment is handled through their auction bid number.

Raffle Sales

Volunteers are needed to sell the remaining $100 raffle tickets to guests.

Specialty Drink Server

Volunteers are needed to serve the specialty drink to guests.

Number of volunteers needed: FULL

Silent Auction

Volunteers are needed to help answer questions at the silent auction tables, and help people get the items they have purchased.

Live Auction Bid Catchers

Adult volunteers are needed during the live auction to help the auctioneer know who is bidding on each item. The large space and low lighting can make it difficult for the auctioneer to see bid paddles. Training is provided.

Live Auction Clerks

Volunteers record the winning bid number and amount during the live auction.

Night of clean-up

Volunteers are needed after the event to help tear down the tables and chairs.
