REUNION PLANNING

Do you need help planning your reunion? The alumni office can provide:

• Most recent contact information 
• Assistance with mailing flyers/invitations (general printing, labels, envelopes and postage)
• Promotion on the website and social media (Alumni Facebook and Instagram accounts)
• Scheduling Hoban facilities (Wartko Pavilion or Moreau Ministry Hall, based on availability)
• Hoban cafeteria catering (based on availability; must have at least eight-week advance notice)
• Campus tours led by a member of the Alumni Association 
• We encourage all reunion committees to forward any address updates to Kristen Robinson at advancement@hoban.org .

11 a.m. - Campus tours for anyone who is interested 
Evening out at Old 97 (1503 Kenmore Blvd. Akron, OH 44314) | Time TBD 
Casual event where everyone will order on their own
