Re-Enrollment 2025-26
It's re-enrollment season at Hoban!
This page supports the 2025-26 financial aid renewal and academic course registration process for current Hoban students in Classes 2026, 2027 and 2028.
Two components of re-enrollment
1. Financial Aid Renewal
PART 1: Financial Aid Renewal
Hoban's tuition for the 2025-26 school year will be $14,750. There are no changes to the registration/enrollment fee ($250) and the general fee ($400). It's important to be ready to renew your student's EdChoice and Financial Aid for the 2025-26 school year by the March 15 priority deadline. Applications received after March 15 will continue to be reviewed to allocate financial aid as it is available. Families who receive the Jon Peterson Scholarship will receive information when renewal information is available.
TO DO:
1. Complete 2025-26 EdChoice Renewal Checklist in MyHoban (Blackbaud) by March 15. Watch the EdChoice renewal tutorial video. You need to download and print the renewal instructions and form at the link below. Blank copies are available at the Dome entrance for those who cannot print these items.
2. Complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Application and upload 2024 Tax Documentation by March 15 for priority consideration and April 15 for regular consideration.

Your student's non-refundable $250 registration fee for 2025-26 has been added to your Blackbaud Tuition Management (BBTM) account. This fee is due in March on the date established for your BBTM account. Payment of this fee indicates your commitment to enroll for 2025-26. If you do not intend to enroll your child at Hoban for 2025-26, please complete the Re-Enrollment Opt-Out form by February 15.

PART 2: Course Registration
During second semester, Hoban students and educators prepare for next fall. This is an important time for all students as they continue on their educational path. Providing a rigorous curriculum and meaningful learning opportunities for all students is an important part of the Hoban mission. The Office of Student Services takes significant time to meet individually with each student to build their schedule. This is no small task, and therefore this page was designed to help parents and guardians make informed decisions about course selections. Important dates, links and information are outlined below. For additional information about course registration, please contact your student’s counselor.
Students will begin the scheduling process during their English classes in February. The English teachers will share the specific date with each of their classes. Scheduling will take place in the Holy Cross Room.
Students are encouraged to talk with their parents and consult with their teachers and school counselors to select course options. Please contact your student's school counselor with any questions about registration:
