Extravaganza

Since 1986, parents, alumni, employees and friends of Hoban have helped plan this dinner and auction event. It is now Hoban's largest fundraising event. Proceeds from the auction have supported facility improvements, student scholarships and technology upgrades.

Corporate and individual sponsorships are available and help underwrite the auction expenses and benefit our students and school. Sponsors are highly promoted through catalog advertising, website recognition and oral recognition during the night of the event to more than 500 attendees.

Extravaganza 2019 set new records in raising funds

Extravaganza on April 13 took in a gross total of $673,328 in sponsorships and gifts—an all-time record! "This success is a reflection of the extraordinary generosity of the Hoban family, which is a true blessing," President Todd Sweda said.

The Bernard Foundation offered a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $60,000 in pledges. Amazingly, Hoban supporters exceeded the challenge by $32,575, for a record-breaking total of $152,575. This will be used for student scholarships and financial aid.
